Lion Eric Rode Awarded the Melvin Jones Fellow

On December 16th 2015 we held our club Christmas Dinner, where we were able to acknowledge and honour one of our own.
Lion Eric was awarded a Melvin Jones Fellow. Because Eric had been in Hospital for and extended stay, we were not able to acknowledge him until December.
Lion Eric Rode has been an active Lion for over 23 years. During this time he has been active board member serving as President, Secretary, Treasurer, Membership Chairman. Some numerous times over.
Well done Eric on your auspicious award and service to Lions and to the community of Parramatta!
